Erdbeer-Weihnachtsmänner (Strawberry Santa)

Ja, ich weiß, Weihnachten fällt nun wirklich überhaupt nicht in die Erdbeersaison, deswegen ist diese Garnitur nun wirklich absolut nicht saisonal, aber es geht so einfach und sieht dann einfach klasse aus. Ihr benötigt dafür

• Erdbeeren
• Sahne
• Sahnesteif
• Vanillezucker
• Krokant

Die Sahne mit dem Sahnesteif und dem Vanillezucker steif schlagen. Von den Erdbeeren unten am Grün für eine ebene Stellfläche und oben die Zipfelmütze abschneiden. Die steif geschlagene Sahne in einen Spritzbeutel mit Sterntülle füllen und den Kopf des Weihnachtsmann auf die abgeschnittene Erdbeere dressieren. Die abgeschnittene Erdbeer-Zipfelmütze aufsetzen und mit der übrigen Sahne und dem Krokant fertig verzieren.

Und schon kann auch bei Euch der Heilige Nikolaus einmarschieren.
